Help Desk

Any reports of computer problems that you are having must be reported through the Tulane University Computer Help Desk at the below phone numbers:

On Campus: 8-8888
Off Campus: 862-8888

When you call please be sure to write down the HelpDesk ticket number that you are given. This will allow us to track your request.

Once you have called the HelpDesk they will send the information to Data Systems Management, who will then assign a Desktop Support Technician to the issue. They will contact you to setup a time to come and address the issue ASAP, depending on the severity of your problem and their current schedule. Expect a phone call within 24 hours on most tickets, sooner if it is an urgent issue.

If you have not received an initial phone call within that time you can email support@hsc.tulane.edu with your ticket number requesting a status update.
